Notice: Exam Center for First Stage Written Exam of Section Officer (Non-Technical) Post
Notice No.: 48/080-81, Date: 2081/12/14
The Public Service Commission, Central Office, Kathmandu, has issued Advertisement No. 16701-16707/081-82 (Open and Inclusive) under the combined and integrated examination system for the Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical) Section Officer or equivalent position. The written examination for the first phase competitive test will be conducted at the Hetauda Exam Center as per the pre-determined schedule.
Candidates who have applied only for the Foreign Service are excluded from this examination. However, all candidates from Administration, Auditing, and Federal Parliament Services must participate in the exam as per the given date, time, and venue.
Candidates who require a supporting writer (assistant writer) must submit a request with valid proof and reason. This request should be submitted to the office at least 10 days before the exam date, as per Rule 68(1) of the Public Service Commission Regulations, 2079.
Candidates must strictly follow the instructions mentioned in the notice.

Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must arrive at the exam center at least one hour before the exam starts.
- Admit cards should be brought to the exam hall. Entry without an admit card is not allowed.
- Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or any electronic devices is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates must bring a black ink pen for writing answers.
- Answers should be filled only in the OMR answer sheet.
- No extra time will be given once the exam ends.
